had a 36% growth over the last year. These
are take-out/drive-thru coffee shops, with

New Orleans, LA-based EMERIL'S HOMEBASE
INC (founded 1990) has entered into the
state of MS with the opening of their latest
concept, Emeril's Gulf Coast Fish House (1
unit). Overall company increase was from 9
to 10 (11% growth). Other concepts include
Delmonico Steakhouse (1), Emeril's Delmonico
(1), Emeril's New Orleans Fish House (1),
Emeril's Restaurant (4), Emeril's Tchoup Choup
(1), and Nola Restaurant (1). Concepts are
upscale steak & seafood restaurants, with
a $15-$50+ per person check average. All units
have a full bar, with banquet facilities available.
Locations seat about 225. Trading areas are
FL, GA, LA, MS, and NV. A new concept called
Table 10 is scheduled to open at The Palazzo
in Las Vegas this January.
Murray, UT-based WINGER'S GRILL & BAR
(founded 1993) has opened 2 units for the
Winger's concept, from 36 to 38 (8% concept
growth) and entered into the state of WA.
Winger's is a family/casual bar & grill
