for their Panda Express concept, from 859 to
925 (8% concept growth) and 1 unit for the Hibachi

1995), has opened 5 units during the period,
from 21 to 26 (24% growth). This chain was previously
noted in our 7/19/06 newsletter (12% growth).
These fast casual Mexican restaurants are open
for lunch and dinner (a few locations serve
breakfast), with a $4-$10 per person check average,
and seating for about 60. Beer and wine is served.
Units are located in the states of DC, DE, MD,
and VA, with 1 PA and 2 FL locations planned
for later this year. Eighty-eight percent of
locations are franchised. Catering is available
at all locations.
