in Valdosta, GA. There are now 11 units in this
family/casual seafood chain. The locations seat
about 175 and offer banquet services. The per
person check average is about $10-$30 with beer
and wine served. Locations are in FL and GA.
MODERN MEXICAN RESTAURANTS of New York,
NY has opened a new concept called La Sandia
in Denver CO. Overall the company has increased
by 3 units, from 6 to 9 over the last three
periods (50% one-year growth). Concepts tend
to be upscale with full bar, seating for around
150 and a per person check average of $15-$30+.
